- With venues and managers – we share the details needed for them to manage your booking, such as your name, contact details, selected sport or activity, and time of booking.

These providers only process your information on our behalf and according to our instructions.
- Payment processing – PayFast receives the data required to process your payment (amount, order ID, and limited contact details). We do not store full card or bank details.
- Social login providers – when you use Google or Facebook login, they may process sign-in events and basic profile data according to their own privacy policies.
